INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - If your order is International and tracking stops it is usually because it is held up in Customs. It can take several weeks for Customs to release your package if it is selected for screening. We have no control over this. It will eventually begin moving again. Once we give your item to the Post Office it's delivery is out of our control. Please contact your Post Office with your tracking number so they can investigate.
TAXES AND TERRIFS - Your country may assess a Tax, Tarrif or other fee on imports which you may be required to pay before the package will be released to you. Often you will be required to pick your package up from the Postal facility so they can collect the tax. Once again .. We have no control over this. Check with your Post Office for information about Import Taxes you may be required to pay. All international shipments require a declaration showing the value of the shipped items so that they can be assessed an import tax. It is illegal for us to ship any international item without declaring the content and value.
DOMESTIC ORDERS - Packages rarely get lost by the post office. The eventually return to us. The most common reason for a delivery delay is an incorrect address. We use software to check addresses for validity. Normal delivery time for domestic packages is 3-7 working days. If you feel your delivery is delayed let us know so we can open an investigation with the Post Office. In rare cases where it looks like a package has been lost we can put a "trace" on the package through the post office. In the mean time our usual course of action is to make and send your order again.
